The triple-offset butterfly valve with zero leakage embodies its core features in three "offsets". Specifically, these three offsets are: the rotation centerline of the valve stem is offset from the centerline of the valve seat by a certain distance, forming the first offset; the rotation centerline of the valve stem is offset from the centerline of the valve body by a certain distance, constituting the second offset; and the centerline of the valve body is offset from the centerline of the conical sealing surface of the valve seat at a certain angle, forming the crucial third offset. This ingenious triple-offset design ensures that during valve opening or closing, the sealing ring of the butterfly valve can quickly disengage from or contact the valve seat, significantly reducing friction and wear between the sealing pairs, thereby markedly enhancing the valve's service life and sealing performance.
