Control principle of electric butterfly valver

The control principle of the electric butterfly valve is to control the switching of the valve disc through a motor to achieve flow regulation of liquid or gas. The specific control principle is as follows:

1. Motor control:

Electric butterfly valves are controlled by motors, generally using DC motors or AC motors. According to the control signal, the motor rotates to open and close the valve disc, thereby changing the size of the fluid channel.

2. Receive control signals:

Electric butterfly valves receive external control signals, usually electrical signals or pneumatic signals. Electrical signals are usually analog signals (such as 4-20mA) or digital signals (such as 0-5V), and pneumatic signals are usually air pressure signals.

3. Position feedback:

Electric butterfly valves are usually equipped with a position feedback device to feedback the position information of the valve disc. Commonly used position feedback devices include rotary position sensors or Hall sensors. The position feedback device feeds back the valve disc position information to the control system to achieve precise valve control.

4. Control system:

The control system of the electric butterfly valve calculates the drive control signal of the motor through a control algorithm based on the received control signal and position feedback signal, and controls the rotation direction and speed of the motor to achieve opening and closing control of the valve disc.
