Carbon steel triple eccentric butterfly valve further adjusts the position of the conical axis of the butterfly plate sealing surface relative to the cylindrical axis of the body on the basis of the double eccentric valve stem and axis. After careful design, the butterfly plate sealing section of the triple eccentric butterfly valve is changed from circular to elliptical, thus achieving the asymmetry of the sealing surface shape. One side is parallel to the center line of the body, and the other side is inclined to the center line of the body. This structural optimization enables the triple eccentric butterfly valve to maintain excellent sealing performance in high temperature environment and achieve zero leakage requirements.
