Pneumatic Operated Ball Valve

Pneumatic ball valve is an industrial valve composed of a ball valve and a pneumatic actuator. It uses compressed air to drive the actuator to rotate 90 degrees to achieve rapid opening and closing. Its core component is a ball with a circular channel. When rotating, it controls the flow of fluid by changing the direction of the channel.

Composition of a pneumatic ball valve

Pneumatic actuator: Receives compressed air signals and converts them into mechanical kinetic energy to drive the valve stem to rotate.

Valve body: The main structure contains a ball and a fluid channel. The materials include stainless steel, carbon steel, plastic, etc.

Ball: A rotating component with a through hole that allows the medium to flow or be cut off by rotating 90 degrees.

Sealing assembly: Usually a metal or rubber sealing ring is used to ensure the sealing of the medium in the closed state.

Valve stem: Connects the actuator and the ball to transmit rotational power.
