Gas Direct Buried Fully Welded Ball Valve is a valve employing a carbonized Teflon sealing ring and a disc spring structure, primarily used in urban gas transmission systems. It is suitable for media including gas and other fluids. The valve body material matches the pipeline material, effectively handling pressure and temperature changes, ensuring zero leakage within the specified parameter range. It also possesses shock and deformation resistance, preventing pipeline damage caused by ground vibration or vehicle traffic. The sealing ring body is made of PTFE material containing 20% ​​carbon, and the ball machining is monitored and controlled by a computer to ensure machining accuracy and sealing performance. The direct-buried design allows for direct underground installation, eliminating the need for large valve wells; maintenance can be performed through small, shallow wells on the surface, significantly reducing construction costs and project timelines.
