Products Description
Double Eccentric V-Port Ball Valve is a metal-sealed industrial pipeline control valve primarily used in industries such as steel, aluminum, and power generation. It is designed for harsh service conditions, including gas, oil, and media containing solid particles, with standard specifications covering DN40 to DN1600.
Features
1. Sealing Pair (Valve Core & Seat) – Dual-metal construction achieves hard metal spherical ring sealing, ensuring fireproof and explosion-proof performance.
2. Tight Sealing Mechanism – The spherical line contact between the valve core and seat, combined with 3D eccentricity, achieves zero leakage.
3. Wear Compensation Design – The sealing pair includes a compensation allowance. When wear occurs over time, simply loosen the limit bolt on the handwheel side, close the valve slightly further, and maintain reliable sealing, extending service life.
4. Replaceable Seat – The compression sleeve can be removed to adjust or replace the seat, allowing continued use of the valve. This avoids the common issue of entire valve replacement due to seal failure.
