Lift Type Check Valve Description
Lift check valve (alias: check valve, check valve, backflow valve) is a kind of automatic opening and closing valve relying on the flow of the medium itself, used to prevent backflow of the medium in the pipeline. Through the valve flap in the media flow when open, against the flow of the mechanism of closure, to protect the one-way flow of fluids.
Structural Components
Core components:
Valve body: similar in shape to the globe valve, made of cast steel, stainless steel, etc., with the inner cavity designed for straight or vertical flow path.
Valve flap: vertical lifting movement along the centre line of the valve body, the material can be all-metal (such as cast steel) or metal + gasket composite structure, some models through the spring to enhance the closing force.
Valve seat: closely matched with the valve flap, the sealing surface adopts metal hard seal or soft seal (such as PTFE), to ensure zero leakage during closure.
Auxiliary design:
Guiding device: Controls the flap lift trajectory to prevent seal failure due to deflection.
Spring mechanism (some models): Auxiliary valve flap fast closing, to improve the response speed in low-pressure working conditions.

Nominal diameter: DN15~DN300 (conventional range), suitable for small and medium diameter pipes.
Pressure level:
National standard: 1.6MPa~10.0MPa.
International standard: meet the requirements of API, DIN, etc., the highest pressure resistance up to Class2500.
Temperature range: -29℃ (low temperature) to +550℃ (high temperature steam).
Connection: flange, welding (e.g. chemical pipeline) or threaded (small diameter).
