Flanged Duckbill Check Valve

‌Flange duckbill check valve‌ is a special type of rubber duckbill check valve, which is adapted to the standardized pipeline system through flange connection, and has both flexibility and sealing. Its core features include:

‌All-rubber valve body‌: Made of highly elastic materials such as chloroprene rubber and nitrile rubber, with built-in nylon cord reinforcement layer to improve pressure resistance;
‌Flange interface‌: Conforms to the ‌GB/T 9113‌ standard flange, and is suitable for a variety of pipeline materials such as metal pipes and cement pipes;
‌Sealing design‌: The leakage is zero when closed, and the reverse sealing pressure can reach more than 1.0MPa.

Working principle
‌Forward discharge‌: The fluid pressure pushes the duckbill-shaped rubber valve mouth to expand, forming a flow channel, and the flow rate is adaptively adjusted;
‌Reverse check‌: After the pressure is balanced, the rubber elastically shrinks and closes, relying on the medium back pressure to achieve complete sealing.

Selection and installation specifications
‌Diameter matching‌: DN≤800 can use standard flanges (GB/T 9119 PN10); DN≥1000 requires customized reinforced flanges (such as adding annular steel ring support). ‌
Media adaptation‌: ‌Chloroprene rubber‌: General type, suitable for neutral water quality and weakly corrosive environment; ‌Fluororubber‌: Resistant to strong acids and alkalis (such as pH <2 or >12) and high temperature media (short-term 100℃).

Installation requirements‌:
The flange spacing deviation must be ≤±2mm, and the bolts must be tightened symmetrically and evenly;
Vertical installation can improve the sealing effect, and horizontal installation must ensure that the valve body is not twisted.
